Adam Gibson started his NBL career with the Bullets in 2005, and won a title as the first guard off the bench in his second season.
In 2009 he moved onto the South Dragons and again tasted championship glory, whilst also winning the NBL Defensive Player of the Year award. After stints with the Gold Coast Blaze and captaining the Adelaide 36ers, ‘Gibbo’ has established himself as one of the premier guards in the competition, earning multiple All-NBL selections and playing over 300 NBL games.
In 2012, he represented Australia at the London Olympic games, one of many occasions that he has proudly represented his country.
Welcomed back to his ‘NBL home’, Gibbo will be an integral part of the club leadership group, tying past success to the future goals of our resurgent Bullets on the court.
Coach Lemanis says:
“Adam is a proven performer at both the NBL and International level and I know he is committed to creating an environment which leads to success both on and off the court.”
