What is the minimum group booking size?
Group ticket options are generally available for groups of 11 or more people. Larger groups should enquire early so suitable seating, and ticket options can be discussed.
What types of groups can make a booking?
Group bookings are open to anyone who wishes to bring a large group to the game. E.g. but not limited to school groups, sporting teams, birthday parties, end-of-year celebrations.
Can our group sit together?
The group booking teams will make every reasonable effort to arrange seating together. Availability depends on the selected game, group size, preferred ticket category, and timing of the booking.
How far in advance should we make a booking?
Groups are encouraged to enquire as early as possible so that the group booking team can accommodate the group. Game-day experiences are limited and are all subject to availability.
Are players guaranteed to participate in the group experience?
Player-related experiences depend on player availability, scheduling, and game-day operations. Participation by a particular player cannot be guaranteed.
How will our group receive the tickets?
The group booking team will explain how the tickets are issued, how they can be distributed to groups, and what attendees need to do before or on the day of their group booking.
Can accessibility requirements be accommodated?
Please provide any accessibility, mobility, or seating requirements when submitting an enquiry. The group bookings team will discuss suitable seating and access options for the selected game.
What happens once an enquiry is submitted?
A group booking team member will contact the organizer to discuss preferred games, groups' size, seating, indicative pricing, available experience, arrivals, ticket distribution and additional requirements. Submitting the form is an enquiry and does not confirm a booking.
How can I pay for my group booking?
The group bookings team will discuss suitable options with you based on your requirements and proximity to the game day.
