The Brisbane Bullets will be taking pre-season to Bundaberg with a game against the Cairns Taipans at the Bundaberg Multiplex Sport & Convention Centre on 26 August with tip-off at 6:00pm.
“We are looking forward to heading to Bundaberg to face Cairns in what will be a great opportunity for the team to continue their positive start in the pre-season,” Brisbane Bullets CEO Malcolm Watts said.
“Playing a pre-season match in regional Queensland provides us with a fantastic opportunity to engage with the passionate Bundaberg basketball community. Bringing two NBL teams to a regional community is a great opportunity to connect with fans and participants that don’t often get the chance to see their hero’s up close and in person.
“In addition to the pre-season fixture we will continue to support the local association with community coaching clinics throughout the year which we hope contributes to an increase in participation.
“I’d also like to acknowledge the support we’ve received from Bundaberg Regional Council in making this pre-season game possible.”

The Brisbane Bullets first official game of NBL24 will host the Adelaide 36ers on 29 September, in what is set to be a highly anticipated match up.
