When can Flexi Members start redeeming games?
All information on how and when to access this will be sent via email closer to the NBL27 season beginning.
Flexi Members will receive a presale to access tickets before opening to General Public Sales.
How do I update my credit card details for NBL27 membership rollover?

Where can I buy tickets to individual Brisbane Bullets home games?
Ticketek is the official and only ticketing provider for the Brisbane Bullets.
Purchase tickets online at Ticketek.

When will my Brisbane Bullets NBL27 membership pack arrive?
The membership pack system has changed for NBL27 and is now managed via an online portal.
Shipping time will vary depending on items in the pack and when it is ordered.
Details will be communicated when the portal opens.

An automatic rollover allows you to continue your membership without missing renewal dates.

Members will have the opportunity to request seat changes during the renewal period.

Membership can be paid via Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- Upfront: Pay your full season membership in one payment
- Payment Plan: Pay over 12 equal fortnightly instalments
- Supporter Members: Must be paid upfront
Can I gift a Membership to someone?
Yes! Brisbane Bullets membership makes a great gift.
Create a new account under the recipient’s name using your contact details initially, then update once the gift is revealed.
