Bullets Centre Aron Baynes has been sanctioned with a five game suspension.
The sanction was handed down by a Single Member Tribunal on Thursday October 12.
“I unreservedly accept that my conduct was unacceptable, and I have fallen short of the standard expected of a representative of the Brisbane Bullets and the NBL,” Aron Baynes said.
“I wish to sincerely apologise for my actions.”
The Bullets will look ahead to their Round 3 match up with the Sydney Kings on Friday night.
