The Brisbane Bullets have announced Harry Froling will return to the Club for the NBL23 season.
At the age of 24, the 2019 Rookie of the Year has already amassed 129 career NBL games for the Illawarra Hawks, Brisbane Bullets, Adelaide 36ers and Townsville Crocodiles.
Across the 2021/22 season, Froling averaged 4.4ppg and 2.4rpg for the Illawarra Hawks, including a 27 point haul against the Adelaide 36ers in January.
Harry is currently playing in the NBL1 competition for the Hobart Chargers where he’s averaging an impressive double-double with 18.3ppg, 11rpg and 4.3apg.
General Manager of Basketball, Sam Mackinnon is pleased to welcome Harry back to Brisbane.
“Everyone in the NBL is aware of Harry’s talent and last year he proved how good he can be. Signing Harry was a priority as it allows us to play different line-ups, due to his ability to stretch the floor and play multiple positions. We’re excited to have him back at the Bullets,” Mackinnon said.
Hostplus Head Coach James Duncan is looking forward to having another addition that will strengthen the Bullets front court rotation.
“Harry provides great versatility at his position and he took some really positive steps last season. We’re looking forward to having him showcase his skillset, but also help with his continued development in the NBL,” Duncan said.
Harry is looking forward to returning to Brisbane for NBL23.
“I’m super excited to get back to Brisbane. I’ve got some great friends and family there and I can’t wait to help build something special and hopefully contribute to the Bullets becoming a consistent, title contending organisation,” Froling said.
Harry Froling joins Nathan Sobey, Jason Cadee, Tyrrell Harrison and Kody Stattmann on the Brisbane Bullets 2022/23 roster.
