Liam Santamaria sat down with Brisbane Bullets Hostplus Head Coach James Duncan to chat about his coaching journey, how the Bullets are looking leading into NBL22, his thoughts on their new recruits and more.
Speaking on The Huddle Podcast, JD outlined the keys to success for the Bullets, beginning with a greater emphasis on the defensive end of the floor.
“If we want teams to take us seriously we have to defend,” said Duncan.
“We have to have an edge to us. We have to be physical. And to finish off the defence, we’ve got to rebound. Then we can run and push the offence which is what guys want to do anyway.”
