The Brisbane Bullets are delighted to confirm Plungie, manufacturer of Australia’s fastest, easiest and highest quality concrete pools, has joined the Bullets family.
Established in 2018 to create an advanced, scalable pool solution, Plungie’s world-first product is pioneering the future of swimming pools globally.
The partnership will see Plungie proudly displayed on the back of Brisbane’s playing shorts.
Brisbane Bullets CEO Peter McLennan has welcomed the addition of Plungie to the Bullets family.
“It’s exciting to have successful locally-based organisations jump on board to partner with the Bullets,” McLennan said.
“Plungie has shown that with a great idea, great passion, and great motivation, that you can be successful in your desired field.
“We look forward to working with Plungie, driving the partnership to achieve great results.”
Plungie General Manager Ben Petersen is excited about this new partnership and is looking forward to the NBL21 season.
“Growing up in Brisbane in the 80s and 90s, some memories never leave you. You remember the name of the kid in your street who had a pool, and for a lot of people, you also remembered that feeling of excitement when you got to see a Bullets game,” Petersen said.
“Plungie is on a mission to allow every kid in the street to have a pool in their yard - and with the Brisbane Bullets bringing even more excitement to a new generation of fans, we see this great partnership will bring plenty of ‘Plungie Dunks’ to Nissan Arena this season.”
Plungie’s award-winning precast concrete plunge pools, available in four designs, are the first of their kind in the world, bringing the fastest, easiest and highest quality concrete pools to the market.
