The Brisbane Bullets will play every home game of NBL24 Nissan Arena, and the arena continues to be a very access-friendly venue. Below is some important information regarding access to Nissan Arena.

Wheelchair Seating

The venue has a large number of wheelchair spaces available on the main level of the arena, meaning no lifts or stairs. However, there is a lift available to the court level of the venue so that our courtside seats and function spaces, are all wheelchair friendly.

Wheelchair seating is available in Gold, Silver, Bronze and General Reserve categories, along with courtside seats and The Deck, and can be purchased with a complimentary companion seat if a government-issued companion card holder purchases the tickets. 

All wheelchair accessible and accompanying seats are available for purchase online through Ticketek. Select the Accessible Icon on the seat map to display the available seating. You can also contact our Ticketing Team Monday to Friday 9am-5pm for assistance on 1300 MYBULLETS or via email at ticketing@brisbanebullets.com.au.

Accessible Seating

If you are after an accessible seat, but are not in a wheelchair, we can assist! The venue is full of easy access seats with minimal stairs, plenty of aisle seats and all with a great view. So please feel free to contact us for assistance in finding these seats.

Sensory Considerations

The Brisbane Bullets game day experience includes loud music and sounds, smoke and fire machines and flash lighting.

If during the game, you or one of your group need a quiet space to regroup, please seek out of the venue ushers or see Centre Management who can assist you getting to that space. 

Furthermore, Nissan Arena offer Sensory Packs that are available for single complimentary use. Simply see Centre Management for assistance. 

Accessible Parking

Nissan Arena has access on game days to the Park n Ride facility, which has plenty of parking available for anyone holding a parking permit. For game by game ticket holders, please feel free to contact Nissan Arena direct on 07 3184 6899 to arrange parking. If you do not hold a parking permit but wish to purchase a spot, you can also do this through Nissan Arena.
