Terms & Conditions – "5-Star Game Highlights" Competition

1. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Brisbane Bullets, Motor Scout Australia, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• Participants must follow both the Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia on the respective social media platform (Facebook or Instagram) to be eligible.

2. Entry Period:

• The competition will run across the following dates:
  • Entries open 22 January 2025
  • Entries close 26 January 2025
  • Winners notified 29 January 2025
• Entries submitted after the closing date for each round will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must comment on the competition post on either Facebook or Instagram and describe their top moment from the Brisbane Bullets' NBL25 Season to date
• Each participant is allowed only one entry per round per platform. Multiple entries will not be considered.

4. Judging Criteria:

• This is a game of Skill
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, thoughtfulness, and reasoning by the Brisbane Bullets Commercial team.
• The decisions of the judging panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes:

• A total of 13 prizes will be awarded:
  • 6 prizes for Facebook
  • 7 prizes for Instagram
• Each prize consists of a Brisbane Bullets prize pack courtesy of Motor Scout Australia.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes
• Each prize pack will include a Brisbane Bullets Bucket hat + a Brisbane Bullets Basketball

6. Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered within 3 days of the competition closing date.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery:

• Prizes can be collected from Brisbane Bullet HQ or
• Prizes can be sent to the winners within 30 days of their acceptance of the prize. Delivery is thanks to Motor Scout.

8. Use of Entries:

• By entering this competition, participants agree to the Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia using their entry (including comments and social media handles) for promotional purposes on any media platform without compensation.

9. Liability:

• The Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete, or that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.
• The Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Privacy:

• Personal data relating to the participants will be used in accordance with Australian data protection laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.

11. Governing Law:

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Queensland Law.
