The Brisbane Bullets are proud to continue their long-standing partnership with Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ), with a renewed focus on inspiring the next generation through CSQ’s Construction Pathways program.
A key partner of the Bullets since 2023, CSQ’s support is set to reach new heights this season with their branding now proudly featured on the back of the team’s official jersey, a powerful symbol of their commitment to Queensland’s future workforce.
Construction Skills Queensland plays a vital role in the state’s building and construction industry, connecting students to real-world trade careers through school-based initiatives and immersive experiences. Their Construction Pathways program engages Queensland high schools with hands-on training, industry insights and career mentoring, helping young people explore rewarding pathways into trades and construction.
Brisbane Bullets CEO Malcolm Watts says the ongoing partnership with CSQ reflects a shared commitment to supporting youth development and providing real opportunities.
“We’re thrilled to strengthen our relationship with CSQ this season. Their work through Construction Pathways is a great example of what meaningful community impact looks like – and we’re proud to showcase that message on our jerseys.”
CSQ CEO Geoff Clare says Brisbane Bullets fans have the energy that the construction industry is looking for:
“We’re excited to take our partnership with the Brisbane Bullets to the next level this season. The energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude we see in their fanbase is exactly what we’re looking for in the construction industry.
It’s inspiring to connect with such a passionate community – the same drive and spirit that builds success on the court is what builds great careers in our industry."
The partnership will also include joint community activations, and promotional campaigns that highlight the benefits of trade careers across the state.
With a strong foundation built on shared values, the Brisbane Bullets and Construction Skills Queensland are working together to empower the next generation, both on the court and on the job site.
