Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Brisbane Bullets, Motor Scout Australia, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

Entry:

-Participants must follow both the Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia accounts on Facebook or Instagram.
-Only one caption per person per platform is allowed.
-The caption must be submitted as a comment on the competition post.
-Entries that do not meet the requirements or are deemed inappropriate by the Brisbane Bullets will be disqualified. 

Competition Period: 
-The competition starts on 17 September 2024 and ends on 24 September 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST.
-Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered. 

Prize Details: 
-Facebook: 6 winners will receive a prize pack consisting of a Brisbane Bullets bucket hat and a Brisbane Bullets crew neck jumper.
-Instagram: 7 winners will receive a prize pack consisting of a Brisbane Bullets bucket hat and a Brisbane Bullets crew neck jumper.
-Grand Prize: One entrant will win a "Money Can't Buy Experience: Train Like a Bullet" – a 1-hour session for the winner and 9 friends at the Brisbane Bullets High Performance Centre at a date and time to be determined.
-Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. 

Judging and Winner Announcement: 
-This is a game of skill. The winners will be selected based on the creativity and relevance of their caption, as judged by the Bullets Commercial team.
-Winners will be announced within 48 hours of the competition closing.
-Winners will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

Liability:
-Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia are not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect the entry or outcome of the competition.
-By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Brisbane Bullets and Motor Scout Australia from any claims arising from their participation. 

Privacy: 
-Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participants' consent.
-Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Brisbane Bullets' privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.brisbanebullets.com.au/pages/privacy-policy 

Modification: 
Brisbane Bullets reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
