General

1. The promoter of this competition is the Brisbane Bullets, located at 62 Merivale Street, South Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
2. The competition is open to residents of Queensland, Australia, who are 18 years or older.
3. Employees of the Brisbane Bullets, Carnival Cruise Line, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

1. The competition will run from 12:00 AM (AEST) on 11 July 2024 to 11:59 PM (AEST) on 17 July 2024.
2. To enter, participants must:
• Follow both the Brisbane Bullets (@BrisbaneBullets) and Carnival Cruise Line (@CarnivalCruiseLine) on the respective platform (Facebook or Instagram).
• Tag a person in the comments of the competition post who they would take on a cruise.
• State why you want to go on a cruise with the tagged person.
3. Only one entry per person per platform is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

Prizes

1. There will be one prize pack for Facebook and one prize pack for Instagram. Each prize pack includes:
• One signed NBL24 season Bullets jersey.
• One signed NBL24 season basketball.
• Two tickets to the first Regular Season Home Game of the Brisbane Bullets NBL25 Season on 5 October.
2. The total prize pool is valued at approximately $550.00AUD. 

Judging and Selection of Winners

1. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
2. Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality by a panel of judges from the Brisbane Bullets team.
3. The winners will be announced on the Brisbane Bullets’ social media channels on 22 July 2024.
4. The winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered the competition (Facebook or Instagram).
5. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified, a new winner will be selected based on the judging criteria.

Additional Terms 

1. By entering this competition, participants agree to have their entry (including their name and comment) used by the Brisbane Bullets and Carnival Cruise Line for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
3. The Brisbane Bullets reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or not in the spirit of the competition.
4. The Brisbane Bullets' decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Brisbane Bullets reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform including Facebook and Instagram. Entrants provide information to the Promotor and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.

Privacy

1. The personal information provided by participants will be used by the Brisbane Bullets and Carnival Cruise Line for the purposes of conducting this competition and for promotional purposes.
